Do You Have Brain Damage? Asks College Station Chiropractor David Bailey

I write this, not to insult you,
but to help explain why it is so
difficult to lose weight and keep it off.

Latest research shows that obesity
causes brain damage to the parts
of the brain that control weight.

A really bad "Catch-22".

Long term exposure to sugars and poor
quality fat damages the brain.

In fact they shrink the brain, making it
hard to control appetite, to resist
bad foods, and to stick to a good diet.

That explains the fact that diets and
exercise programs alone do not give
long term success for weight loss.

All this is to say: "It's NOT your fault".

You are not weak.

You are not lazy.

You are not stupid.

The good news:  the brain damage can be
reversed.  I know. I changed my own "Fat Brain"
into a "Skinny Brain".

Now I am immune
to sweet cravings and carb cravings,
immune to binge eating,
immune to invasive thoughts of food.

I can help you have brain that lets you
lose weight and keep it off and be in total control
of your own metabolism.
